Oren Klaff
Director of Capital Markets
Oren Klaff founded Intersection Capital in 2005 and has since grown the firm history to approximately $2 billion in aggregate trade volume across a diversified portfolio of companies and transactions. He is responsible for business development and product development and oversees the Velocity™ method of corporate finance. During the growth he was responsible for sales, marketing, branding, product development, and business development. In the previous five years in the securities markets, Mr. Klaff has directly supervised the placement of over $450 million of investor capital. Prior to founding Intersection Capital, Mr. Klaff was a venture partner at several middle market equity funds. Mr. Klaff also sits on the investment committee at Geyser Holdings where he has been a principal since 2006.
Jack Wolbert
Managing Director
As Managing Director, Jack Wolbert is responsible for the firm’s corporate finance group. His background provides a unique perspective to dealmaking for high-growth companies which has been hugely successful over the past decade. On a day to day basis, Jack works closely with the executive management of the firms clients to set financing structure, lead negotiations, and complete transactions. Formerly, Jack acted as a Senior Partner at GT Securities where he led the firm’s venture pipeline, which represented the company’s most strategically important assignments. Over a period of four years, clients in the pipeline gained over $1 billion in revenue and raised over $875 million in capital. Jack received his bachelors degree from the University of Michigan.
Daniel Berger
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Daniel Berger is responsible for creating integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, account management, pricing, and revenue management. Formerly, Daniel acted as Chief Strategy Officer at Vidanta Group where he was involved in all aspects of growing the sales & marketing pipeline, which represented the company’s most strategically important division. Over a period of five years, sales generated in this pipeline mounted to almost 3 Billion USD.
